(Hopper Soliday). Generally, the officers referred by Wilson would buy stock in the same companies that Wilson bought. The officers discussed the advantages of placing assets in the names of their children. Petitioner Wilson Wilson bought and sold stocks regularly. Wilson opened custodial accounts for his three children. The following accounts were held at the brokerage firm Hopper Soliday: Account Name Account No. John R.
