Petitioner then enrolled in Georgetown University's graduate program in taxation, but he completed only one semester of the two-semester program leading to an LL.M. degree in taxation. Petitioner is currently licensed as an attorney in both the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He also holds an inactive license as a C.P.A. from the State of New York. Petitioner has been self-employed since graduating from law school. His business involves providing various financial and tax services to clients including: Preparing personal, business, and employment tax returns, providing personal and business tax planning advice, providing investment advice, and reviewing and supervising the office staffs of small businesses. Additionally, petitioner is a member of the Bar of this Court, and he has represented taxpayers as an attorney before the Court. Petitioner has filed approximately 10 petitions on behalf of clients, and he has tried at least one case. See Epstein v. Commissioner, T.C. Memo. 1994-34.
