Secretary of State. The purpose of that amendment was to remove Mr. Stone as a general partner of RSMLP. Rivers Stone, and Charles Rivers Stone, Jr., as general partners, filed a first amendment to the certificate of limited partnership for CRSLP with the S.C. Secretary of State.
