for lack of jurisdiction as to Mrs. Haws to permit the record to
be supplemented on remand. In any event, we anticipate that
Mrs. Haws will be treated in the same manner as Mr. Haws if any
administrative resolution is reached in this case.
In light of the foregoing,
An appropriate order
will be issued.
