Porter & Hedges Time Relating to Bill of Costs Porter & Hedges claims approximately 33 hours of attorney time (most of it Binder’s) relating to a bill of costs in the amount of $5,663.40.45 See Fed. R. App. P. 39. We see no justification for the devotion of that much time to a task normally considered ministerial. In that regard, we note that Minns has not claimed any time relating to the bill of costs he filed on behalf of the Hongsermeiers.
