complaints regarding respondent’s alleged conduct during
discovery are related to motions by petitioners that were denied
by this Court. Accordingly, the Court denies petitioners’ motion
for sanctions.
V. Conclusion
The Court has considered all of petitioner’s contentions,
arguments, requests, and statements. To the extent not discussed
herein, we conclude that they are meritless, moot, or irrelevant.
