Texas Agriculture Code § 188.018 Recognition Of Notice As Financing Statement

Sec. 188.018. RECOGNITION OF NOTICE AS FINANCING STATEMENT. The secretary of state shall recognize a notice of claim of lien under this subchapter as a financing statement under Subchapter E, Chapter 9, Business & Commerce Code.
