Texas Business And Commerce Code § 303.059 Bond

Sec. 303.059. BOND. A commercial telephone solicitor shall post with the secretary of state a surety bond that:

(1) is in the amount of $50,000; and

(2) is issued by a surety company authorized to transact business in this state.
