Texas Civil Practice And Remedies Code § 129.003 Alcoholic Beverage Code Prevails

Sec. 129.003. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CODE PREVAILS. The minimum age provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Code prevail to the extent of any conflict with this chapter.
