Texas Civil Practice And Remedies Code § 130.003 Insurance Contract; Workers' Compensation

Sec. 130.003. INSURANCE CONTRACT; WORKERS' COMPENSATION. This chapter does not apply to:

(1) an insurance contract; or

(2) a workers' compensation agreement.
