Texas Civil Practice And Remedies Code § 15.084 Forcible Entry And Detainer

Sec. 15.084. FORCIBLE ENTRY AND DETAINER. A suit for forcible entry and detainer shall be brought in the precinct in which all or part of the premises is located.
