Texas Civil Practice And Remedies Code § 172.062 Termination Of Mandate

Sec. 172.062. TERMINATION OF MANDATE. The mandate of an arbitrator terminates:

(1) on withdrawal from office;

(2) when the parties agree; or

(3) as provided by Section 172.059, 172.060, or 172.061.
