Texas Civil Practice And Remedies Code § 172.112 Hearing Or Meeting In Camera

Sec. 172.112. HEARING OR MEETING IN CAMERA. Except as agreed by the parties, the arbitration tribunal shall hold in camera:

(1) an oral hearing; or

(2) a meeting in the arbitration.
