Texas Civil Practice And Remedies Code § 99.005 Chapter 33 Does Not Apply

Sec. 99.005. CHAPTER 33 DOES NOT APPLY. Chapter 33 does not apply in an action for damages arising from the manufacture of methamphetamine.
