Texas Code Of Criminal Procedure § 62.010 Rulemaking Authority

Art. 62.010. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice, the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, and the department may adopt any rule necessary to implement this chapter.
