Texas Education Code § 1001.256 Duplicate License

Sec. 1001.256. DUPLICATE LICENSE. A duplicate license may be issued to a driver education instructor or driving safety instructor if:

(1) the original license is lost or destroyed; and

(2) an affidavit of that fact is filed with the department.
