Texas Education Code § 107.44 Rules And Regulations

Sec. 107.44. RULES AND REGULATIONS. The board shall adopt rules and regulations it deems necessary to carry out the purposes of the institution and to enforce the faithful discharge of the duties of all officers, professors, and students.
