Texas Education Code § 21.601 Definitions

Sec. 21.601. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:

(1) "Institution of higher education" has the meaning assigned by 20 U.S.C. Section 1001 and its subsequent amendments.

(2) "Program" means the Careers to Classrooms Program.
