Texas Education Code § 45.301 Definitions

Sec. 45.301. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:

(1) "Charter holder" has the meaning assigned by Section 12.1012.

(2) "Program" means the open-enrollment charter school facilities credit enhancement program established under this subchapter.
