Texas Election Code § 125.003 Delivery Of Equipment To Polling Places

Sec. 125.003. DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT TO POLLING PLACES. The secretary of state shall prescribe procedures governing delivery of voting system equipment to polling places to protect the equipment from tampering and damage.
