Texas Election Code § 212.135 Votes To Be Recounted

Sec. 212.135. VOTES TO BE RECOUNTED. Except as provided by Section 212.136, all votes cast in the election precincts included in a recount on the office or measure specified by the recount document are subject to the recount.
