Texas Estates Code § 1002.023 Person

Sec. 1002.023. PERSON. (a) "Person" includes a natural person, a corporation, and a guardianship program.

(b) The definition of "person" assigned by Section 311.005, Government Code, does not apply to any provision in this title.
