Texas Estates Code § 1054.151 Investigation Of Guardianship Application

Sec. 1054.151. INVESTIGATION OF GUARDIANSHIP APPLICATION. On the filing of an application for guardianship under Section 1101.001, a court investigator shall investigate the circumstances alleged in the application to determine whether a less restrictive alternative to guardianship is appropriate.
