Texas Estates Code § 1157.201 Claim By Guardian

Sec. 1157.201. CLAIM BY GUARDIAN. (a) A claim that a guardian of the person or estate held against the ward at the time of the guardian's appointment, or that accrues after the appointment, shall be verified by affidavit as required in other cases and presented to the clerk of the court in which the guardianship is pending. The clerk shall enter the claim on the claim docket and the claim shall take the same course as other claims.

(b) A claim by a guardian that has been filed with the court within the required period shall be entered on the claim docket and acted on by the court in the same manner as in other cases.

(c) An appeal from a judgment of the court acting on a claim under this section may be taken as in other cases.
