Texas Estates Code § 1158.451 Manner Of Sale

Sec. 1158.451. MANNER OF SALE. A private sale of real estate of the estate shall be made in the manner the court directs in the order of sale. Unless the court directs otherwise, additional advertising, notice, or citation concerning the sale is not required.
