Texas Estates Code § 1352.001 Definitions

Sec. 1352.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Home equity loan" means a loan made under Section 50(a)(6), Article XVI, Texas Constitution.

(2) "Residence homestead" has the meaning assigned by Section 11.13, Tax Code.
