Texas Estates Code § 362.007 Delivery Of Certain Property To Guardian

Sec. 362.007. DELIVERY OF CERTAIN PROPERTY TO GUARDIAN. The court may permit a resident personal representative who has possession of any of a ward's estate to deliver the estate to a qualified and acting guardian of the ward.
