Sec. 455.012. DEPOSIT OF FUNDS INTO THE COUNTY TREASURY. The public probate administrator shall deposit all funds coming into the custody of the administrator in the county treasury. Funds deposited must be dispersed at the direction of the public probate administrator and according to the guidelines of the county treasurer or auditor.
