Texas Finance Code § 14.256 Acceptance Of Penalty

Sec. 14.256. ACCEPTANCE OF PENALTY. If a person accepts the determination and recommended penalty of the commissioner, the commissioner by order shall approve the determination and impose the recommended penalty.
