Texas Finance Code § 371.151 Hours Of Operation

Sec. 371.151. HOURS OF OPERATION. (a) A pawnbroker shall maintain normal business hours of at least four hours a day for five days a week.

(b) A pawnbroker may not do business before 7 a.m. or after 9 p.m.
