Texas Finance Code § 66.156 Cost Of Conservatorship

Sec. 66.156. COST OF CONSERVATORSHIP. (a) The commissioner shall determine the cost of the conservatorship.

(b) The cost of conservatorship shall be paid from the association's assets.
