Texas Finance Code § 96.312 Cost Of Liquidation

Sec. 96.312. COST OF LIQUIDATION. (a) The commissioner shall determine the cost of the liquidation.

(b) The cost of liquidation shall be paid from the savings bank's assets as the commissioner directs.
