Texas Government Code § 1233.152 Application For Designation

Sec. 1233.152. APPLICATION FOR DESIGNATION. To have a bond designated as a college savings bond, the issuer must:

(1) apply for approval in the manner prescribed by the committee; and

(2) submit with the application any other information the committee requires.
