Texas Government Code § 1503.005 Adoption And Execution Of Documents

Sec. 1503.005. ADOPTION AND EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS. A municipality may adopt or have executed any other proceeding or instrument necessary or convenient for the issuance of bonds under this subchapter.
