Texas Government Code § 2176.103 Discounted Postal Rates

Sec. 2176.103. DISCOUNTED POSTAL RATES. The commission shall achieve the maximum available discount on postal rates whenever acceptable levels of timeliness, security, and quality of service can be maintained using the discounted rate.
