Texas Government Code § 2205.002 Definitions

Sec. 2205.002. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the State Aircraft Pooling Board.

(2) "State agency" means an office, department, board, commission, institution, or other agency to which a legislative appropriation is made.
