Texas Government Code § 2306.6001 Definitions

Sec. 2306.6001. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:

(1) "Division" means the manufactured housing division.

(2) "Division director" means the executive director of the division.

(3) "Manufactured Housing Board" means the governing board of the division.
