Texas Government Code § 24.104 4th Judicial District (Rusk County)

Sec. 24.104. 4TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (RUSK COUNTY). (a) The 4th Judicial District is composed of Rusk County.

(b) The terms of the 4th District Court begin on the first Mondays in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
