Sec. 24.406. 228TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (HARRIS COUNTY). (a) The 228th Judicial District is composed of Harris County.
(b) The 228th District Court shall give preference to criminal cases.
(c) The terms of the 228th District Court begin on the first Mondays in February, May, August, and November. Each term continues until the court has disposed of the business for that term.
