Sec. 24.440. 263RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT (HARRIS COUNTY). (a) The 263rd Judicial District is composed of Harris County.
(b) The 263rd District Court shall give preference to criminal cases.
(c) The terms of the 263rd District Court begin on the first Mondays in February, May, August, and November. Each term continues until the court has disposed of the business for that term.
