Texas Government Code § 25.0391 Cherokee County

Sec. 25.0391. CHEROKEE COUNTY. (a) Cherokee County has one statutory county court, the County Court at Law of Cherokee County.

(b) A county court at law of Cherokee County sits in Rusk.
