Texas Government Code § 30.01482 Qualifications Of Judge

Sec. 30.01482. QUALIFICATIONS OF JUDGE. (a) A municipal judge must be:

(1) a resident of this state; and

(2) a citizen of the United States.

(b) Section 30.00006(c) does not apply to this subchapter.
