Texas Government Code § 3104.007 Pay And Emoluments Prohibited

Sec. 3104.007. PAY AND EMOLUMENTS PROHIBITED. A person designated as the poet laureate, the state musician, or a state artist does not receive any pay or emolument based on that designation.
