Texas Government Code § 434.251 Definitions

Sec. 434.251. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:

(1) "Commission" means the Texas Veterans Commission.

(2) "Institution of higher education" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003, Education Code.
