Texas Government Code § 437.062 Salaries

Sec. 437.062. SALARIES. (a) The adjutant general is entitled to a salary in the amount designated in the General Appropriations Act.

(b) A deputy adjutant general, general officer, or executive director employed under this chapter is entitled to a salary subject to the classification and salary schedule provisions defined in the General Appropriations Act.
