Texas Government Code § 489.001 Definitions

Sec. 489.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Bank" means the Texas Economic Development Bank established under Section 489.101.

(2) "Fund" means the Texas economic development bank fund.

(3) "Office" means the Texas Economic Development and Tourism Office.
