Texas Government Code § 531.02112 Quarterly Report Of Medicaid Expenditures

Sec. 531.02112. QUARTERLY REPORT OF MEDICAID EXPENDITURES.

Without reference to the amendment of this subsection, this section was repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 837 (S.B. 200), Sec. 2.08(b)(1), eff. September 1, 2015.

(c) The commission shall submit the report to the governor, legislature, and state auditor.
