Texas Government Code § 531.991 Definitions

Sec. 531.991. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:

(1) "Department" means the Department of Family and Protective Services.

(2) "Ombudsman" means the individual appointed as the ombudsman for children and youth in foster care.
