Texas Government Code § 814.001 Types Of Benefits

Sec. 814.001. TYPES OF BENEFITS. The types of benefits payable by the retirement system are:

(1) service retirement benefits;

(2) occupational disability retirement benefits;

(3) nonoccupational disability retirement benefits; and

(4) death benefits.
