Texas Government Code § 825.102 Rulemaking

Sec. 825.102. RULEMAKING. Subject to the limitations of this subtitle, the board of trustees may adopt rules for:

(1) eligibility for membership;

(2) the administration of the funds of the retirement system; and

(3) the transaction of business of the board.
